The Northeast Nebraska Chapter of the American Red Cross began in 1917. The Chapter serves the counties of Cedar, Cuming, Dixon , Knox, Madison, Pierce, Stanton, Thurston and Wayne. The American Red Cross plays a vital part in this small corner of Northeast Nebraska.
